HARMONY & HEALTH WELLNESS CENTER INCLUDES A VITAMIN & HERB SHOP

The herb shop carries NutriDyn, Metagenics, Nature Sunshine, & various homeopathic remedies. The supplements range from basic nutrition to herbal combinations to single herbs & Riesa knows the uses & benefits of each one.

The vitamin & herb shop is essential for Riesa to be immediately effective with clients & their needs. If you go through the QEST Handbook with Riesa, she will suggest herbs & nutrition that will support & quicken your healing journey. Riesa will also create nutritional programs for clients without being in the QEST Program.

The herb shop is only open by appointment although Riesa is in-shop daily. There is a dropbox to pick up herbs/nutrition during off hours. Once a relationship is established between the client & Riesa, it’s very easy to pick up supplements & get into a routine.
